Help: Calendar Name
Your calendar name may be 1 to 50 characters in length.
Help: Default Language
This option specifies the DEFAULT Language for the calendar. This can be overridden by the 'Link Wizard'
for multi-language websites.
Help: Layout
This option specifies which type of calendar will be displayed.
Month Tabular - A single calendar, one month per line displayed in a list.
The number of months displayed is configurable.
Month Tiled - A single calendar, each month is displayed as a table of weeks.
The number of 'Months' displayed is configurable.
The width, in terms of the number of months displayed horizontally, is configurable via the 'Columns' field.
A window onto the calendar is configurable via the 'View Months' field.
The week start day is configurable via the 'Week Start' field.
Group Tabular - A group of calendars, one calendar per line, displayed in a list.
The number of months displayed is configurable.
A window onto the calendars is configurable via the 'View Days' field.
Help: Months
Defines the total number of months for the calendar when viewing the calendar in availability mode.
Help: Columns
Defines the calendar width, in terms of the number of months displayed horizontally, when 'Month Tiled' Layout
is selected and the calendar is viewed in availability mode.
Help: View Months
Defines the minimum number of visible months displayed when the calendar is viewed in availability mode.
A value less than the total number of months will result in horizonal and/or vertical scroll bars being displayed
to move the view window over the calendar.
Help: Week Start
Defines the day of the week to be used as the week start day (left most day) when 'Month Tiled' Layout
is selected and the calendar is viewed in availability mode.
Help: Group
Defines the 'Calendar Group' used to create the list of calendars when 'Group Tabular' Layout is selected.
Help: Style
This option specifies the calendar Style used when the calendar is viewed in availability mode.
The Style defines the calendar colors, fonts and size.
Choose from one of the pre-defined styles, or create your own using the 'Style Editor'.
To create your own Style, select one of the pre-defined styles as a baseline, then Edit it.
Help: Name Display
This option determines whether the calendar name is displayed when viewing the calendar in availability mode.
Auto - This is the default. When the calendar is embedded in a page using the IFRAME option (see 'Link Wizard'),
the name is not displayed.
When the calendar is displayed in a pop-up window, the name is displayed.
On - The calendar name is always displayed, regardless of its display context.
Off - The calendar name is never displayed.
Help: Navigation Enable
These options enable/disable the display and function of the top/bottom calendar navigation links.
With these options enabled, users are able to change the date ranges displayed by the calendar.
Help: Enquiry Enable
This option enables/disables the display and function of the 'Contact/Enquiry' button when viewing the calendar
in availability mode. With this option enabled, users are able to send enquiries using the Enquiry Form.
Help: Booking Enable
This option enables/disables the display and function of the 'Online Booking' button when viewing the calendar
in availability mode. With this option enabled, users are able to make bookings online using the Booking Form.
This option is currently under development.
Help: Language Select Enable
This option enables/disables the display and function of the 'Language Select' drop-down when viewing the calendar
in availability mode. With this option enabled, users are able to change the display language of the calendar.
Help: Pending Enable
This option enables/disables the displaying and function of 'Pending Bookings'. With this option enabled,
bookings that have not been confirmed by payment of a deposit or 'in full' will be displayed using the pending
style attributes. Additionally, it will be possible to select pending booking dates when making Bookings or Enquiries.
Help: Key Legend Display
This option enables/disables the display of the calendar Key/Legend when viewing the calendar in availability mode.
